Refund policy

ApexStores follows a strict quality check process before shipping orders.

Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos or videos as proof.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Innerwear, lingerie, or intimate products
• Beauty or cosmetic products
• Accessories and jewelry (unless damaged)
• Items purchased on sale or with discounts


Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
